Agri Mutton Rassa Recipe


Ingredients Required: 500 g Mutton, 1 Medium Sized Onion, 3Tbsp Oil ( approx. 45ml ), 1/2 Bowl Sliced Fresh Coconut, 0 Garlic Cloves, 1 Inch Ginger.
2 Green Chilli, 2 Sticks Of Fresh Corander, Entire Packet Of Prakash Agri Mutton Rassa Masala, 2 1/2 Cups (Approx. 500ml) Water, Salt To Taste.

Preparation Method For Paste: Roast Onion & Coconut Till It Turns Golden Brown. Grind This To A Fine Paste Along With Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli And Fresh Coriander.
(Note: No Additional Chilli, Turmeric And Coriander Powder Needed.)

Preparation Method For Agri Mutton Rassa:
1) Take Oil in A Pressure Cooker & Add the Above Paste, Fry Till Oil Separates. Then Add an Entire Packet Of Prakash Agri Mutton Rassa Masala & Cook For
1 Min. Then Add 500g Mutton, Cook For 5 Mins. Then Add 2 1/2 Cups Of Water And Salt As Per Taste In A Pressure Cooker, Cook For 5-6 Whistles (Approx.
15-18 Mins).
2) Serve Hot Mutton Rassa With Bhakari, Chapati Or Indrayani Rice.
