Ingredients Required: 4-5 Boiled Eggs (Cut into 2 Pieces 1, 4 Tsp. Cumin, 7 Bowl Oil (40ml), 1 Onion, ½ Bowl Shredded Dry Coconut,
1 Tsp. Poppy Seeds, 1 Tomato, 9 Garlic Cloves, ½ Inch Ginger, Entire Packet Of Prakash Kolhapuri Anda Rassa Masala, 4 Cups Water (800ml), Salt To Taste, Coriander And Lemon For Garnishing.
Preparation Method For Paste: Roast Coconut, Onion & Poppy Seeds Till It Turns Golden-brown. Grind This To A Fine Paste Along With Garlic & Ginger. (Note: No Additional Chilli, Turmeric & Coriander Powder Needed.)
Preparation Method For Kolhapuri Anda Rassa:
1)Take Oil In Wok (Kadhai), Add Cumin, Chopped Tomato & Above Paste And Cook Till Oil Separates.
2) Add the Entire Packet Of Prakash Kolhapuri Anda Rassa Masala, And Cook for 1 Min.
