Kolhapuri Chicken Biryani Recipe

Ingredients Required: 500g Chicken, 250g Rice (Basmati), 3 Onions, 15 Garlic Cloves - 1 Inch Ginger Paste, 125g Curd, 4-5 Sticks Of Kesar, 2 Spoons Ghee, Half Bowl Oil, 1 Lemon, 1 Small Bowl Of Fresh Mint And Coriander Leaves Paste, Entire Packet Of Prakash Kolhapuri Chicken Biryani Masala, Salt As Per Taste, 2 1/2 Cups (500ml) Water.
Preparation Method For Biryani:
1) Half Cook 250g Rice (Basmati) With Addition Of 1 Tsp Oil & Salt.
2) Take 500g Chicken & Marinate it With Garlic ginger Paste, Mint-coriander, Paste, Curd, Salt, Lemon Juice & Entire Packet Of Prakash Kolhapuri Chicken Biryani Masala For 10-15 Mins.
3) Take Half a Bowl Of Oil in a Wok(Kadhal), Add Chopped Onions Saute Well, and Add the Above Marinated Chicken And Water (500ml) Cook Till Approx. 12-15 Mins. Spread The Cooked Rice On It. Drizzle Some Ghee & Sprinkle Some Soaked Kesar On The Rice And Cover It For 10 Mins.
4) The Chicken Biryani Is Ready To Be Served Hot.
Tip: Garnish With Crisp Golden Fried Onions.
(Note: No Need To Add Chilli, Turmeric & Coriander Powder.)
