Malwani Chicken Masala

Ingredients Required: 500g Chicken, 2 Onions, 3 Tbsp Oil (Approx. 45ml), Half Bowl Sliced Fresh Coconut, 9 Garlic Cloves, 1 Inch Ginger, Entire Packet Of Prakash Malvani Chicken Rassa Masala, 1½ Cup Water (Approx. 300ml), Salt to taste.

Preparation Method For Paste: Roast Onion & Coconut Till It Turns Golden Brown. Grind This To A Fine Paste Along With Ginger & Garlic (Note- No Additional Chilli, Turmeric And Coriander Powder Needed.)

Preparation Method For Malvani Chicken Rassa:
1) Take Oil In A Pressure Cooker, Add Above Paste & Fry It Till Oil Separates. Then Add the Entire Packet Of Prakash Malvani Chicken Rassa Masala, Cook For 1 Min. Then Add 500g Chicken And Cook For 5 Mins. Then Add 1 1/2 Cups Of Water And Salt As Per Taste. Cook For 4-5 Whistles (Approx. 10 - 15 Mins)
2) Serve Hot Chicken Rassa With Bhakari, Chapati Or Indrayani/ Rice.
