Ingredients Required: 500g Surmai Fish, 2 Tbsp Of Fine Semolina, 1 Tbsp Of Fine Rice Flour, 12 Garlic Cloves, 1 Inch Ginger, 4 Tsp Kokam Sour Juice, Entire Packet Of Prakash Malvani Fish Fry Masala, 6 Tbsp Oil (Approx. 90ml) & Salt To Taste.
Preparation Method For Malvani Fish Fry:
1) Make Fine Ginger- Garlic Paste.
2) Marinate 500g Fish With 1 Spoon Of Salt, Kokum Juice, and Ginger Garlic Paste, Prakash Malvani Fish Fry Masala (Use 3/4th Packet Only) For 15-20 Mins.
3) Mix It Well With Remaining Prakash Malvani Fish Fry Masala In Semolina & Rice Flour.
4) Evenly Spread Above Mixture On Fish.
5) Heat Oil In Pan And Shallow Fry Fish For 5-10 Mins.
6) Garnish With Fresh Onion & Coriander Leaves. Serve Hot.
