Ingredients Required: 125gm Spicy Shev, 2 Medium Sized Onions, 1 Medium Sized Tomato, ½ Bowl Sliced Dry Coconut, 3 Tbsp Oil (Approx. 40ml), 9 Garlic Cloves, ½ Inch Ginger, Small Bowl Of Chopped Coriander,
Entire Packet Of Prakash Khandeshi Shev Bhaji Masala, Salt To Taste, 3 1/2 Cups (Approx. 700ml) Water.

Preparation Method For Paste: Roast Dry Coconut And Onion Till It Tums Dark Blackish Brown. Grind This To A Fine Paste Along With Ginger, Garlic, Tomato And Coriander.

Preparation Method For Shev Bhaji:
1] Heat Oil in A Wok (Kadhai), Add The Above Paste & Cook Till The Oil Separates.
2) Add The Entire Packet Of Prakash Khandeshi Shev Bhaji Masala And Cook For 1 Min. Add Water And Cook For Another 10 Mins.
3) Add Spicy Shev To The Gravy And Cook For 5 Mins. Serve It Hot With Rice Or Bhakri.
