Saoji Mutton Rassa Recipe

Ingredients Required: 500g Mutton, 1 Big Sized Onion, 5 Tbsp Of Oil (Approx. 80ml), Half Bowl Sliced Dry Coconut, 10 Garlic Cloves, 1 Inch Ginger, 2-3 Green Chilli, 1 Small Bowl Of Fresh Coriander, 1 Tsp Poppy Seeds, Entire Packet Of Prakash Saoji Mutton Rassa Masala, 4 Cups Water (Approx. 800ml) And Salt To Taste.
Preparation Method For Paste: Roast Onion & Sliced Dry Coconut Till It Turns Blackish Brown, Roast Poppy Seeds Slightly And Grind This To A Fine Paste Along With Gingér, Garlic, Green Chili And Coriander.
(Note: No Additional Chilli, Turmeric And Coriander Powder Needed.)
Preparation Method For Saoji Mutton Rassa:
1) Take 5 Tbsp Oil in A Pressure Cooker Then Add the Above Paste, Saute Till Oil Separates, Then Add the Entire Packet Of Prakash Saoji Mutton Rassa Masala. Cook For 1 Min. Then Add 500g Mutton & 4 Cups Of Water, Salt As Per Taste & Cook For 5-6 Whistles (Approx. 15-18 Mins).
2) Serve Hot Mutton Rassa With Bhakari, Chapati Or Indrayani Rice.
