Solapuri Kala Chicken Recipe

Ingredients Required: 500g Chicken, 1 Onion, 4 Tbsp Oil (Approx. 60ml), Half Bowl Sliced Dry Coconut, 10 Garlic Cloves, 1 Inch Ginger,
1 Small Bowl Of Fresh Coriander, Entire Packet Of Prakash Solapuri Kala Chicken Rassa Masala, 3½ Cups Water (Approx. 700ml), Salt To Taste.
Preparation Method For Paste: Roast Onion & Coconut Till It Turns Blackish Brown. Grind This To A Fine Paste Along With Ginger, Garlic & Coriander.
(Note - No Additional Chilli, Turmeric And Coriander Powder Needed.)
Preparation Method For Solapuri Kala Chicken Rassa:
1) Take Oil In A Pressure Cooker, Add the Above Paste & Fry It Till Oil Separates, Then Add the Entire Packet Of Prakash Solapuri Kala Chicken Rassa Masala & Cook For 1 Min. Then Add 500g Chicken & Cook For 5 Mins. Then Add 3½ Cups Of Water And Salt As Per Taste & Cook For 4-5 Whistles (Approx. 12-15 Mins).
2) Serve Hot Chicken Rassa With Bhakari, Chapati Or Indrayani Rice.
